HERRON-MORTON PLACE ASSOCIATION
The Herron-Morton Place Association was formed in 1976 to spearhead the renovation of homes, encourage new residential development, reduce crime, and build community spirit. If you live, own property, or manage a business in the Herron-Morton Place neighborhood, we welcome you to join us in preserving our past and shaping our bright future by joining the Herron-Morton Place Association.
HMP Association meetings are held seven times per year on the first Monday of the following months: February, April, May, June, August, September & November. Meetings are held at the Joy of All Who Sorrow church located at the corner of 16th and Delaware. Check our online calendar for any changes to regular meeting dates and location.
This meeting usually covers the following elements: conversation with our mayor's liaison regarding HMP concerns, listing of properties in HMP which have been issued orders by Health and Hospital, Q&A with IMPD officer regarding crime and safety in and around HMP, HMP committee updates regarding neighborhood events, safety and crime issues, clean-ups, Foundation projects, proposed renovation/construction projects within HMP, etc.
Refreshments are served at 6:30, with the meeting called to order at 7PM.
We look forward to seeing you there and hearing your input.
